biogas as an energy source

This is a working-life related survey - seeking opinions on environmental protection.  It takes five-to-ten minutes.

You can request feedback on your own responses.

When the work is done Bill will ask for the findings and report here on their overall relationship to working life.

Biogas is an energy source that is produced by the breakdown of organic matter, such as dead plants, dead animals, manure or kitchen waste.  The aim of this survey is to see whether people’s opinions about biogas are related to various things such as previous experience with biogas, opinions about fossil fuel, descriptions of biogas, feelings about climate change, and so on.

The survey is entirely voluntary, anonymous, and confidential.  It is being conducted in accordance with ethical guidelines based on the Declaration of Helsinki (1964).  All data will be kept safe and secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998).  The survey is being conducted on a voluntary not-for-profit basis.  There are no immediate benefits to you in filling the survey, apart from knowing that you are helping us understand people’s opinions on biogas.

If you have any questions about the survey, would like feedback on your responses, or wish to withdraw your answers from the survey please e-mail Deborah Oakes

'Waste is Food' is a PERC Foundation (registered charity No.1056717) research project concerned with ecological sustainability'.
